Maybe being a Southern girl gives me an innate love of collards?  However I find mustard greens a bit bitter, and my first attempt to cook them when they came in last week&#039;s box was definitely a failure.  This week I tried them in a frittata with Fontina cheese, and it was delicious, but really, what isn&#039;t delicious when covered in cheese?
